What exactly does a Concierge do?
- Just like a hotel concierge, we are the business and personal version of a hotel concierge. We provide support and information to you for your professional and personal lifestyle management needs. We understand that you are running against the clock and we help manage your corporate and personal needs effectively.
How much does your service cost?
- Our rate depend on the type of service requested. We are extremely reasonable and a cost effective solution. We charge a flat rate and do not nickle and dime for mileage.
Do you charge a membership fee?
- We do not charge a membership fee and believe that you should only pay for services used. We have no long term commitments or requirements. You can hire us by the hour, weekly or monthly.
How does Reston Concierge ensure confidentiality?
- We are committed to safeguarding your information and maintaining your privacy. We will not share, sell or rent your information. We strictly adhere to the code of ethics. Our employees are screened very carefully. National background checks and credit report checks are performed routinely.
What Geographic area do you serve?
- We serve Northern Virginia, Washington DC and Maryland. Essentially inside and outside of the beltway.
Are you able to handle emergencies or short notice request?
- We will do our best to handle same day service. However requests are handled on a first come first serve basis. Please call us with your urgent request so that we can plan accordingly.
What are your hours of operation?
- Our hours are Monday through Friday 9 a.m. – 5 p.m. We do provide after hours service and week end hours.
