Having your own corporate concierge and personal concierge is very affordable. We charge per hour, a la carte or per project, whichever the most cost effective value for you, our client. Depending on the service we normally accomplish multiple services within the hour, saving you money and time in the long run

How we provide service for you.

Before we get started we need to learn a few things about you, so that we can make sure we are a right fit for you.

We need to understand your short list and your long list of services that you need, your time frame and your financial budget.

It is important that your consultation with us is planned and we can set aside the right amount of time needed to understand and effective meet your needs. Please contact us so that we can start getting to know each other and plan the best outcome for you.

We reply to all requests within 24 hours. Same day and emergency requests are handled to the best of our ability. We have the right to refuse any business if we feel that it is unsafe, unsuitable or illegal for our employees.

Cancellations

We appreciate 24 hours cancellation notice. Less that 24 hours, same day cancellation will be charged in full and rebook on first available basis.

Communicating with you

Communication and corresponding channels with you is convenient and easily accessible. We use tools of your choice, instant messaging, Skype, email, fax and phone. Reports and checkpoints on the amount of time is spent on your task is provided at regular intervals of your preference. Daily, weekly or monthly. Your feedback is strongly encourage throughout our working relationship to ensure satisfaction and accuracy.

Gift Certificate

Gift certificates are available for the person who has everything but just cannot find it. We will mail recipient a gift card with a predetermined value. Gift certificates do not expire and can be used at your leisure. Gift certificates cannot be exchange for cash.

Membership and Application Fees

We charge no membership or set up fee. We believe that you should only pay for services received. You are not tied to any plan and can change or terminate your request at any time

Hours of operation

Monday-Friday 9am-5pm

Weekends, holidays and after hours are available at a slightly higher rate.

Method of Payment

We accept Visa, MasterCard, Discover, Amex, Pay-pal, ETF’s Electronic transfer of funds and checks. Small businesses and corporations are invoiced monthly to coincide with your billing cycle. Otherwise payment is request at time of service rendered, unless pre-arranged.

Hours of operation:

Hours of operation are 8am- 5pm Monday- Friday. Week-ends, holidays and evening hours are available.

Accountability and Security

Customer confidentially of intellectual information is paramount to our business. we take our security of client information very seriously. We have secure software and systems in place that ensures client information is secure and safe at all times.

Our staff is screened carefully. Background and credit checks are routinely performed to ensure compliance with our standards and operational requirements.
